Does high blood pressure matter on immigration physical exam

My mom had her physical exam yesterday. Her blood pressure was over 160 because she was nervous. So the doc suggested to re-take when she is back for Td skin test check tomorrow. I measure her blood pressure at home and it was 130, still over 120.

Will this cause a problem for her GC application? Thanks!
