Nothing to worry. X-ray is not a must unless her skin test is positive. If this is the case, you can send back the report without X-ray result, but with civil surgeon's signature and reason of exemption (pregnancy). You will be receiving a REF in future asking for X-ray again. I doubt you can get extension for REF reply, you may call to inquire.
