再问PJiang, claireub及各位专家关于speeding tickets and N400 question 16. The N400 instruction said "Note that unless a traffic incident was alcohol or drug related, you do not need to submit documentation for traffic fines and incidents that did not involve an actual arrest if the only penalty was a fine of less than $500 or points on your driver's license." My understanding is that you don't need to provide documentation if you checked YES, but you do need to disclose the speeding tickets. Is it right? 如果选 NO, 移民官会发现吗？驾驶记录上没有显示，因为上驾驶课取消了记录和点数。十分感谢各位的回复。
