Thank you sdfsdfsdff. I got laidoff in Feb.and have not find a job. I have c9 EAD but I am not working now, so I can not provide employment letter to USCIS.

The previous company could provide me a contractor work but the salary was very low to meet the LC requirement, and the lawyer said USCIS will most likely deny my I-485 even submit this letter.
