紧急求助! F1(OPT) ->H4

F1(OPT) ->H4一个月前已交申请, 今天收到移民局通知要求补交OPT期间雇主信息或工资单. 但我在OPT期间没有找到工作, 而且因为形势不好, 最近半年都没有认真找. 请问这种情况应该如何向移民局解释? 找学校发信证明曾找过工作可行否?
