我公民后为逾期探亲的父母亲办绿卡，看了皮老师的博客，已经知道如何办理了。现在想明确落实在中国需要什么，有的帖子和过来人说需要：
1，父母亲分别的《出生公证》2个。
- 不需要----说需要请指出根据
2，父母亲和我的《家庭关系公证》1个。我已经有我的《出生公证》上面已经明确了和他们的关系，还需要他们的《家庭关系公证》吗？
- 不需要---但要清楚:你的《出生公证》对你母亲是充分的:
6. A mother: a copy of your birth certificate showing your name and your mother's name.
而对父亲还要:

3，父母亲的《婚姻公证》1个。
- 为你父亲办所必需的. 见I-130Instructions:

4，父母亲的《无犯罪公证》1个。
