According to him, it should be OK as long as your new EVL shows the similiar position and the empoyment is long term.

One thing I was not clear about that your PD is July 06. And the current EB2 on visa bulletin is Feb 05. Your 485 should not be processed at this moment.

I am curious is if your unemployment triggered RFE? Or is USCIC letter really about your employment RFE? Please keep us posted. Thanks,
