question on immigration exam for elderly

I made the immigration exam appointment for my mother next week. I called four clinics. The best price I got is $280 + immunization cost.

The appointment line told me the immunization cost depends on how many shots my mother needs.

What kind of records can I bring to minimize the number of shots? My mother doesn't have any medical record with her. Can I type a list the shots she got? In China, she had physical exam done each year.
