我太太在我回美国后半年也申请H4过来，由于我的I94日期的问题，太太的也给了两个月的停留时间

So your 2-month I-94 was in the computer system? otherwise how CBP knew "由于我的I94日期的问题" 6 months after your H1 entry? VO(when wife got H4 visa) and CBP should only see your I-797 that was good for 3 years, but not your I-94 on your passport when you were not at airport with your wife. Well, you have to explain, because it is technical program and no fault on her part, blah blah... She was technically out-of-status.
