pjiang 等老师，紧急求教 on I-485 RFE

紧急求教:

Background:
EB2, PD is July 2006, both PERM and I-140 approved 2006. I am not currently. I-485 submit Jul 2007. Got laid off a couple months ago, and company reported to USCIS to withdraw H-1B.

I got an email from USCIS ask for RFE. What could it be? Could it be employment letter? If employment letter, can I just ask a consulting small company write one for me? I really need help.
