回复：加拿大公民与美国公民结婚绿卡

1.建议先搞清楚K未婚夫（妻）签证和结婚时间的关系
2.如果是用免签证入境的是不能在境内转换身份的，而且免签入境的目的是结婚的话有visa fraud的问题。

唯一的办法是直接办K签证来美结婚。
