Confused here, Visa Bulletin vs. Service Center Process Date

I-485 has been filed and Receipt Date June 06, 2007
Nebraska Sevice Center I-485 Processing: August 15, 2007
Visa Bulletin is "U" (unavailable).

So I am confused about if my I-485 case is being processed or not?

Please help me clarify.
