what type of application? see the instructions of the form that you need to file for your type of application. Basically it's bispecific now VSC/CSC for certian types and TSC/NSC for EB types. Also certain types of cases to NBC(MSC) and please note that NBC dropboxes can be anywhere, such as Chicago, Phoenix,or LA drop boxes, depending on your application types. Local offices don't takes administrative filing cases anymore.
