If at the time of filing I-485, the I-140 was approved already, or If EB2 and PD was before June 2006, or EB1, your age has been frozen under 21 forever under CSPA.

Otherwise, At the time of the first date that PD became (or will become) current AFTER principal's I-140 approval. Your age on that date minus the I-140 processing time will be your CSPA age.
