会被拒绝入境吗?

父母美国签证有效期9/2008到9/2009,可多次入境.父母9/2008入境,居留有效期6个月.今年2月申请绿卡,在处理中.现4月,理论上逾期居留.父母想今年6月回国,8月再回美国.会被拒绝入境吗???已经申请绿卡,绝对有移民目的,原来的美国签证还可以用吗???多谢各位回复!!!
