You would explain that your case is based on NIW other than LCs so the move was not based on AC21. And you would further establish that you're still working on the field of expertise claimed in your approved I-140. You would ask a letter from your manager/HR to confirm that. Publications or conference presentations, if any since you submitted I-140 woul also help.
