想问问“Accompany"和”Follow"的区别！

我是公民申请爸妈移民美国，家里还有一个姐姐，我也已经填表申请她了，请问：
爸妈填写230表，第21A）是问“Who will accompany you to the United States now"和B)"Who will follow you to the United States at a later date.
A 是不是填写妈妈，B不用填？？
