apply H-1 with F-2 pending?

My status now is F-2 pending. It will take at least two months to get F-2. I got a H-1 job offer. And I would like to apply for H-1.
(1)Do I have to wait for my F-2 approval before I apply for H-1?
(2)Or if I apply for H-1 now (with fast processing), what will happen if F-2 get approved after H-1 approved?
