not-for-profit 医院申请H1是否占gap名额？

Is a not for profit hospital considered a non-profit organization?

I'm trying to convince the hospital HR to support my H1, but they like HR in China, so slow. They will make their decision after Oct. If the hospital H1 is in the gap, I have to wait another year.
