RFE question

我们是０７年７月递的４８５，最近收到RFE，要求回到原来的医生那里去做TB skin test.现在的问题是我们想不起来那个医生叫什么名字，也没存他的电话号码。去USCIS的网站查询也找不到，非常怀疑他已经退休或搬走了。我们该怎么办呢？应该另找一个吗？如果另找一个医生会让我们全部重新做吗？那可太贵了！谢谢！
