父母办绿卡的过程： 请教！

本人刚办好公民。父母上个月来探亲，B－２签证。

哪位大侠能帮忙指点一下 父母办绿卡的程序？

我的清单：

I-130, petition for alien relative
I-485, application to adjust status
I-864, affidavit of support
I-693, medical
translated and notarized birth certificate and marriage license.

问题是，体检表 I-693也一起交吗？还是先交 130, 485，等RFE再去体检？这样是省时间还是浪费时间？

现在一般从到多长时间？我们在Missouri.
