请问４８５ 的 问题, 多谢了

前几天 接到移民局 OFFICER TSC 电话， １４０批了。他在 WORKING ON 我的４８５ CASE （用我配偶的 VISA 配额）。 请问 朋友 有类似的经验吗？ 估计要多久 才能 收到通知 或 卡。
因为H 签证 要到期了， 想省一些费用。 多谢了。。
