H1 refused to enter at customs?

xdjm,

i heard a scary story: an IT indian got his h1 visa, came back to US. at custom, officer asked him about his job, and then contacted his employer to ask if his job could be done by Americans. the employer said yes. the officer refused this indian to enter and asked him to buy a one-way to go back home.

have you ever heard about similar story? pls share. thx.
