emergency advanced parole

filed advanced parole on Jan 3, 2004. On August 3, 2004, CIS received my additional evidence. so far, almost one month pass still nothing reply. before yerstoday i faxed application of emergency of AP to Vermont center (local office doesn't process this case), my reson is china branch need me go back china ASAP, they said your inquiry doesn't meet expedite criteria.

anybody have similar situation and like share to me, thanks a lot
