第三页B1还写道：

You may apply if you have an adjustment-of-status application pending and you seek to travel abroad for emergent personal or bona fide business reasons.

所以这并不意外，虽然事实上许多的旅行并不是出于紧急情况，进关时也不是人人都碰上这样的情况。
