Hi, It seems that you may use your no objection letter to apply for a H1B now. I am waiting for my no objection letter now and will use it to apply H1B as soon as I get it. don't extend your J1, it is too comlicated. When you apply H1B, you may pay 1,000 for speed up. You will get it within 15 days.

Could you please answer down stair question? I want to know, too. Thanks!
