另外听朋友讲我第一次的J-1签证来的要回国两年以后才能再用J-1签证来美国。
-It is not true. You can go back to China to get a new J1 visa any time to come back.

The only limitation is for H1 visa, not J visa. You need to stay in China for two years or get J1 waiver if you want to get an H1 visa in China.
