请教PJIANG: H4今天被拒

我1月份被lay off.这之前是H1B在一公司工作,而且在2007 年递交了485,但不是主申请人.

lay off后遂递交了转H4的申请.二月初,国内家中有急事,用去年申请的AP回了国,待了3周.但今天接到移民局通知说,H4denified 因为没有maintain原来的status.请问我的身份会有问题吗? 我还可以再工作吗? 转身份被拒会不会有什么不好的记录?
