Here is what I provided for my RFE:

W2 for both 2007 and 2008,
Latest 2 Pay Stubs,
New G325A form,
Company Letter signed by HR director indicates that I am permanent employee, with Job Titl, Job Description and Annual Salary. Those have to be same or similar as your old company when you filed your I140.

I also approve that my company has enough cash to pay me. For my case, since my company is Nasdaq public company, I provided my company's Annual Report 10-K form.
