perm被拒，新手跪求！

perm被拒。原因：The notice of the filing of the ETA From 9089 contains job requirements or duties which exceed the job requirements or duties listed on the ETA Form 9089.现在律师也没什么办法，请问各位大侠，我该怎么办？有人跟我说，写个东西，就说这两个duties实际上是一回事（我申请的是化学）。可以吗？有人遇到类似情况吗？也是写这个材料吗？如果有模板，能给我发一份吗？万分感谢！
