急问皮匠和各位大虾：485被拒

Because My J1 was waived after submitting I-485 application, my application was rejected. My lawyer is preparing MTR now, and I do not have other nonimmigration visa now. If my MTR is failed can I resubmit I-485? Or just resubmit a new I-485 application now during the MTR pending?
