One more question. Recently, my university administrations said that they would have HR talked to all H1B employees to find out what kind of assistant they can offer to us. So if I ask them not to withdraw my H1B and I-140 sponsorship for at lease half a year or until I receive another sponsorship, can I still be at good standing before the withdrawal even if I am not hired by the new employer?
