我妹妹的情况， 怎么办？

我妹有绿卡， 现在国内探亲。我安排了她和以前一个非常喜欢她的男生见面， 现在一切在我意料之中。肯定会结婚， 现在问题是， 我妹妹只有绿卡， 是不是不能立即申请那个男的过来？ 如果是， 要等多久？ 我刚接到那个男的电话， 在电话里痛苦失声， 说这次无论如何也要和我妹妹在一起。
