-As long as your employer has not reported that you were laid off to USCIS yet, you may have no problem to get the visa and come back. So, you may discuss this with your professor and Human Resources and ask them to help you. Some schools actually never care about the report to USCIS.

-It is difficult for you to get other non-immigration visa such as B vias due to your immigration intent.

4）现在紧急renew AP还有用吗
Technically, you can not do that because you are not in U.S. physically, but you can try it and it might be work if you are lucky and you have no other choices.

-No.
