现在我的问题是，我老公H1已经回国了，虽然我在F1 pending期间，一旦我被拒，我是不是要马上离境？因为我的H4已经不合法了。
- If your H-4 I-94 has not expired even though H-1b is not present in the US currently, you're still in status. H-1b not being present in the US does not constitute OOS of H-4. An example is that H-4 dependent remains in status when H-1b primary is traveling internationally.

我I-94要到明年过期，在过期之前我能读完书。如果只是要求我在到期前离境，是不是就意味着我能继续读书，直到过期前？
