PERM 批了

去年7月递的,今天收到信说批了,是学校的老师.

有个问题想问一下,我去年10月递了EB1B的140, 今年1月递了485, 请问我需要递交EB2的140来催催我的case吗?这个时候再递一个140是利大于弊,还是弊大于利?请高手指点一下.
