请问H-1签证申请递交后file -485（婚姻）是否会使

是不是一定要等H1批准后才可以递交I-485?
1. you can file i130 and I485 any time as long as you r qualified.

请问H-1签证申请递交后file -485（婚姻）是否会使H1申请失效？
2. H1 is a non-immigrant status. it is NOT a road everyone has to go though; while GC (I485) is a immigrant status and it is the destinaton of all other status lead to. (but not all can reach or want to reach)

3. after file i485, you have better leagal status (AOS) over H1. so even u got your H1, you would not get any added benefits over AOS. in other words, if u filed your I485, you are so advanced that you already passed H1 stage and just forget about your H1 application.

4. EAD is the document for I485 applicants
