B2延期被据, 急问皮匠和各位大虾们

为父母申请B2延期才被据（Decision date: March 4）。信件上告知３０天内离境（before April 4）。但是他们的I-94要到April 30才失效。请问父母必须尽快在３０天内离境， 还是可以等到４月底I-94失效前几天再离境？他们已经是unlawful status了么？考古本版未见确定答案。因为要马上订机票， 所以比较着急知道答复。多谢！
