whatever has bee charged, you should notice the payment method. Some ask for cheap price but you pay all before file your case; some charge more but pay part of the price and then when case approved, you pay off all. You may also notice which amount is lager, the one before filing or the one after filing. If the lawyer ask for small amount of due and then larger amount after case approval, that shows the lawyer really care about service quality.
