以后还有机会去美国吗 yes, if you have a reason to and can get a visa according to the purpose of the next trip, such as B1/B2 for visiting, F1 for study,...

You have spent $1000 or so for the H1 transfer already, why stop at $1500? You know it's the price to keep H1 status with them (You pay them, they don't pay you). Although risk is higher these days if they are caught by DOL/ICE which will hurt you future chance to stay in US.
