到今年5月，I94就到期了，可是老公今年最早8月才能申请H1B延期
-Yes. Your hu*****and can file his H1 renewal in advance in April (with effective date on his h1 expiration date in August)along with your H4 extension together (with the effective date on your h4 expiration date).
