1、你的H1B I-797A是在你回中国前批下来的吧?.....

Yes, in 2008. I-797A 批准书下面的I-94交回了costom in Dec 2008.

2、你在1月是用什么入境的？….

I-797A and Canada passport.

I do not understand that I-94 just用来作为入境许可的, why can it change H1B status? The I-797A was approved by USCIS, but the I-94 card I got from a 20 years old girl within 5 min.

Costom > USCIS?
