. 如果这时CURRENT了, 移民局会否RFE要求提供新雇主资料? 如果出具H-1B 批文,是否同时还要有工资单等证明?
-No. Your new employer just needs to provide a letter to verify your employment such as job title, salary, responsibilities and that is all.

2. 如果新公司还需要3-4个月才能纳入正轨,我在这段时间是否可以用EAD打工,等公司开张了再用这张H-1B去上班?
-You can use EAD, but your status will be AOS, not H1 (you can not use H1 after you use EAD.
还是不要用EAD, 保持CASE的简单性,以减少被RFE 的机会?
-Using EAD is irrelevant to RFE.

3. AOS 身份维持7-8个月会否对绿卡申请有影响?
-I do not think so. As long as you have a job when you asked for REF, you will be fine.

4. LG的H-1B也被转入了这家公司,但我是485的主申请人,请问LG可否用EAD工作, 而不用他的H-1B, 他使用EAD 会否对我们的485申请有什么影响?
-No negative effects.
