My questions: 1) Is this a mistake made by USA 海关边境 (custom)?
-No. Because your passport will expire in July 2009, the US Customs officer only issued your I-94 the same length as the passport.
2) Can I work to 2011 based on the H1 visa approved by USCIS?
-No.
3) Should I go to USA 海关边境 (custom) or USCIS to ask for correcting the mistake or a new H1 visa?
-You need to renew your passport first, and then do H1 extention for the rest of your 6-year H1 duration or go outside of US to get an H1 visa before your current I-94 expires if you want to keep your H1 status..
4) Does it will affact my I-485 application, if....?
-No.
