紧急求助皮匠和各位大虾们：用别人的approved Labor Certificate, 9089表格的section A-1如

恳请帮助，我是普通的商业专业，在进出口公司工作,我的案子是substitute the beneficiary for approved Labor Cetificate。现在重填9089表格的时候,section A-1关于是否要用之前的priority date,具体如下 "Are you seeking to utilize the filing date from a previously submitted Application for Alien Employment Certification (ETA 750)"要选"YES"还是"NO"? 感激各位高人的帮助!
