140被拒

我的140被拒了请问140appeal的成功率一般为多少.

我可以以同一个公司再重新申请Green Card吗? 可以的话,是否要从重新申请LC开始

公司不付律师费,我要自己pay.请各位大虾介绍价钱比较合理的律师.
