LG今年公司给申请H-1,但公司人事部的人说在等待H-1 申请批准期间我们不能离开美国，否则会受影响。请问这是真的吗？
-Yes, it is true if your current status is not H1 yet (e.g. F1/OPT, etc.). You can use premium Processing to get the H1 application approved within 15 days and then you can go back to China.
