配偶的485申请

I was born at China, Main land. Filed 485 on August 2007, still pending now. Priority date, Sep. 2005. My girl firend was born at TaiWan. If we get married now, she can file a 485 as my spouse. Since eb3 cut off date for Tai Wan is May 2005, probably she can get approved soon. What can happen to me? Can I choose to be charged to Tai Wan because I am her spouse, so I can also get approved sooner? Or I have to stay charged to China Mainland and wait longer time since eb3 cut off date for Mainland is Oct. 2002.
