请问，想到 墨西哥 签H1 ， 不知 怎么操作？

现在的 签证是H1 ， 准备回 中国一趟， 可是肯定要 被Check ， 听说要 8-10 周， 太 可怕，想到 墨西哥 签H1 ， 不知 怎么操作？
