1. Are their visa still valid? Can they use their multiple-entry visa to come in USA again before July 2009?
- The visa is invalidated even though it's yet expired, since they stayed beyond I-94

2. What we should do now after the denial?

When they got on the airplane, do they have to show the application and the denial letter besides the expired I-94s?
